Cancellation & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your report. This policy explains our Clarity Promise, when you can cancel, and when you get your money back.

Our Clarity Promise

If the birth details you gave us were right and your report doesn't feel like you, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Our astrologer, Ritesh Sharma, reviews it and we revise it free of charge. If you're still not satisfied with the revised report, we refund the report price in full.

  • To use it, WhatsApp +91 89107 52789 or email support@lagnaclarity.com with your order reference and a few lines on what didn't feel right.
  • The promise covers the report price. A consultation that has already taken place is not refundable, because our astrologer's time has been given.
  • It applies once per order.

Cancellations

  • Reports only: cancel for a full refund at any time before your report is delivered.
  • Report + consultation: cancel before the report is delivered for a full refund. After the report is delivered but before the call takes place, you can cancel the call and get the consultation amount back (₹1,500 with single-person reports, ₹2,500 with the Marriage Match Report).

Other refunds

  • Late delivery: if your report isn't delivered within 24 hours of the promised time (48 hours for single-person reports, 72 hours for the Marriage Match Report, counted from payment and complete birth details), you can ask for a full refund of the report and still keep it when it arrives.
  • Our mistake: if we make an error, for example entering your birth details wrongly, we correct and re-send your report free of charge. If we can't, we refund you in full.
  • Call not held: if we can't hold your consultation within 7 days of your order, the consultation amount is refunded in full.
  • Duplicate payment: refunded in full.

When refunds don't apply

  • If the birth details you gave were incorrect, the chart will be different. We'll gladly prepare a corrected report at a fair price, but this isn't covered by the Clarity Promise.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Consultations that have already taken place.

Astrology describes tendencies; it doesn't guarantee outcomes, and we say so before you buy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid within 5–7 working days: to your original payment method for Razorpay payments, or by UPI to the account you paid from. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Rescheduling calls

You can reschedule your consultation once, with at least 12 hours' notice, at no charge.
