These terms apply when you use this website or buy a report or consultation from Lagna Clarity, a proprietorship of Varish Sharma, Kolkata, West Bengal, India ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. What we offer
We provide digital Vedic astrology reports (delivered as PDF files by email) in the languages listed on our website, and live consultations with our astrologer by video call. Descriptions and prices are on our Pricing page.
2. Nature of astrology services
- Our reports and consultations are for self-reflection and general guidance. They describe tendencies and timing as Vedic astrology traditionally interprets them.
- We do not predict specific events, and we make no promise or guarantee of any outcome, including about marriage, compatibility or career.
- Nothing we provide is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters, and make important decisions with your own judgement.
- We do not sell gemstones, pujas, rituals or paid remedies.
3. How reports are made
Charts are calculated from the birth details you provide, using the Swiss Ephemeris, the sidereal zodiac and the Lahiri ayanamsa. Written interpretations are AI-assisted: generated from your chart data using classical Vedic principles, following a method checked by our astrologer. Reports in languages other than English are written in that language using the same method. Consultations are with a human astrologer.
4. Your information
- You are responsible for giving accurate birth details. An incorrect date, time or place changes the chart. Errors in details you supplied are not grounds for a refund, but we'll prepare a corrected report at a fair price.
- If you order a report for someone else, including a Marriage Match Report, you confirm that each person has agreed to share their birth details with us for this purpose.
- You must be 18 or older to place an order. A parent or guardian may order for a child.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payment is taken online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) after you've entered your details. We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN or bank login. We issue a GST invoice for every order.
6. Delivery
Reports are delivered by email within the times stated in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Consultations are scheduled with you on WhatsApp.
7. Cancellations and refunds

8. Use of reports
Your report is for your personal use. Please don't resell or publish it. The report format, text and design belong to Lagna Clarity.
9. Consultations
Consultations are held by video call with our astrologer, Ritesh Sharma (30 minutes with single-person reports, 45 minutes with the Marriage Match Report). Please join on time. A call can be rescheduled once with at least 12 hours' notice. We may end a call that becomes abusive.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a report or consultation.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
